We’re on the lookout for compassionate, energetic, and flexible people to join our team as Bank Residential Child Care Workers. You’ll be stepping into a vital role, offering support when it’s needed most—whether that’s covering shifts, bringing fresh energy, or just being a steady presence for the young people in our care.

Responsibilities

Creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children and young people
Supporting daily routines, from school runs to spontaneous dance parties
Being a positive role model and helping build life skills and confidence
Working flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

Experience working with neurodiverse children or young people
A calm, caring nature and the ability to think on your feet
A willingness to jump in, help out, and make a difference
SVQ Level 3 or HNC or equivalent (or working towards it or willing to undertake)
